Most blockchains are single-chain systems in which all transactions move along a single chain. The possibilities of a single-stranded structure are mainly that all the processes are relatively simple, at the beginning of the creation of the blockchain, it will be well suited to the participants' requests. But while the development of blockchain and market demand for it was going on, single-chain architecture gradually opened up many problem points.

To get rid of the problems that have arisen, Seele shows its value transfer protocol (VTP). This protocol covers a uniform definition of assets and a routing strategy for their discovery. This is a complete set of protocols in the network values ​​of the chain.

To facilitate access to the cross-chain for top-level applications, Seele refers to the standard HTTP Internet protocol and offers Value (VHTTP) for Value Internet. This protocol implements the exchange of values ​​among the circuits, between them and outside the network. Users who are not in the chain will be able to access all the assets and data in the chains directly via HTTP.
The nodes of the blockchain are everywhere located, which means a complex network environment. Huge jitter and network invisibility can have a serious impact on the performance of the coordinated algorithms and on connecting the blocks between nodes. In comparison of the traditional Internet protocols TCP and UDP, which are used by the current blockchain, the Quick Value Internet Connection (QVIC) is offered, which at times can better adapt and meet the various needs that blockchain value networks.

A structure for describing resources is proposed. It's called RDF. This is a protocol for describing specific information, where, in addition to it and material from the MDDS, add descriptions of resources and resource characteristics through the description of the flowchart, memory, processor, and much more. It also describes everything you need to find resource requests. The implementation of the outlining tasks requires a minimum amount of data, a small amount of memory, a minimum core of the CPU and other data.
As the main component of shared storage and Seele's estimates, automated addressing is required for addressing content through a system contract.
Initially, with all the correspondences in the requirements, the required record from the root chain is found, and then the bottom is searched until the necessary additional chain is found to immediately find the RDF data suitable for the account and initiate the request for the chain (or outside the network) specified in RDF.

In the plans of application in practice, automatic matching of resources, you need to choose different strategies that will correspond to the actual needs of the participants.

Any chain provides a service for finding the addresses of sub-chains, with the implementation of system contracts and initialization when building a chain. When a new subcategory is added, the sub-chain sends a registration request to the parent chain, and the parent chain registers the sub-chain address. The root chain is a scale configuration chain, the management of the complete system, all input addresses, when a request for data is received. First, you need to find the record in the root chain, and then look further until you find the necessary additional -chain, which corresponds to the URDI in the information accounting area for accessing resources in the chain.

The development of technologies is endless, new forms of application are emerging. Seele will be able to continually update its program as more technologies and other programs are developed.
