People’s Bank of China Welcomes the Winklevii Brokers in Beijing!

On November 7, DCC facilitated a closed-door meeting for Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, co-founders of Gemini, at the Museum of Fintech in Beijing where they met with Ms. Xiaoling Wu, of the People’s Bank of China, Dr. Wei Wang, advisor of the China Blockchain Application Center (CBAC), Ms. Tong Yu, president of the Museum of Fintech, as well as entrepreneurs in the Chinese internet industry.

Hosted by our very own Stewie Zhu, who is also Executive Director of CBAC, the meeting focused on the development and regulation of stablecoins and insight into best practices in the US and China.

DCC at the World Blockchain Forum in New York

On November 8 and 9, the DCC team attended the World Blockchain Forum (WBF) in New York City. With more than 300 leading players,investors and media in the blockchain industry around the world, this event provided an opportunity to explore STOs, stablecoins, blockchain investments, crypto tokenomics and much more. We met with project leaders and experts, discussing the application of blockchain, learning from each other’s experience, and sharing views on new trends in the industry.

In his latest article, Stewie analyzed the current status of blockchain regulation around the world. He discussed blockchain-related policies in countries such as China, Japan, Korea and the US, emphasizing the importance of timely, appropriate regulation at the birth of a new industry.

Tech Developments

The DCC Platform

-We’ve finalized the smart contract for Vietnamese personal information verification, which will soon be available on the Open Platform.

-We’re working with several fintech companies on an STO based on DCC’s public chain. Now, our tech team is developing the back end and data display system for asset management, which will facilitate the investment process.

BitExpress

-We’re continuing development of the credit loan function, which is expected to be up and running by the end of November.

-The first games to be released in the “Secret Garden” section will be a trivia quiz and “Thief in the Garden” game where participants can steal coins.

-BitExpress Vietnam is currently in beta mode and will launch in mid-November. We’d like to thank our community for all their unwavering support!
