Yes, cold wallet (paper wallet). I got one plus my Ledger. Works like a charm. Just type in "ripple paper wallet" on google, and follow the main guide(s) you'll find.

EDIT: I would advise you to do that offline (creating your wallet), for security reasons. There are many generators that allow you to "download" the website and get them to generate paper wallets offline. Just great!
