Microsoft is planning to slash operational cost by introducing a new blockchain to manage royalty payments for gaming developers built no top of the quorum blockchain usintg Microsoft's azure could it will initially be tested on Microsoft's xbox gaming console to payments for video game publish including ubisoft one of the largest gaming publishers worldwide
