I was researching independent reviews of ICO's and I came across a few websites recommended by people who have been looking at ICO's for a while.

They also have a SCI (Smith and Crown Index of leading crypto's)

It might be a bit early yet but looks promising

A more definitive list but I've not got around to look more closely.
