what is the difference between pre generated ico coins offered to the public and fiat currency ? and how do they compare against pow based crypto currencies. secondly most pow coins take good time to mature in value and grow their market cap . ico's realise this a little too quickly in my opinion. anyway what are your thoughts on this matter
