    The good projects using some variation of blockchain or distributed ledger will earn trust as they provide working solutions and increase efficiency of the business that applies them. Myself and many others who understand the technology already see what's coming, most won't take notice until the solutions are already implemented and working though.

    It's not the future, although it has a lot of room to grow into the future. It's here now.
