Just because someone has much Steem power he is not allowed to vote? Everybody can express what he likes. Nothing is rigged. Everybody is free to vote what they want. Sounds like a bad try to make it look rigged.
It's not about the amount of $ but how many people like the artwork.
And if you didn't notice it's about marketing to introduce True Flip in the Steemit community and I've been delivering that quite well so if you want to do the same be my guest but don't mistake it for rigged. No body was excepted from this contest if you have seen the original article. And the upvote it self has no value as much as the feeling to be accepted and supported by the steemian friends I made in the Steemit community :).
