I'll answer this one personally.
Personally I think the presales were discounted a lot and the hardcap is quite high.
Imo it completely depends on one's strategy. There are tons of people who invested into Status, Bankor, Tezos and Telegram. All of them are extremely huge, even compared to HybridBlock. According to my personal strategy the cap is indeed a bit too big to be attractive, but that's for everyone to decide for themselves :)

I just think the projects that want to raise 30+ million are quite the money grab. With the right decisions, a solid team and a good business model, you should be able to build and survive with much less.
Too much money destroys projects and leaves too much room for quick and hasty spending decisions.
I guess we'll just leave this one for the others then ;-)
