Evident Proof have been selected as a finalist in the UK Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award category for the 2018 UK IT Industry Awards this month. Last week co-founders Brian McClafferty and Matt Roden travelled to Manchester, where the pair were proud representatives of the company to make the final presentation to win this prestigious award.
Brian and Matt enjoyed a fantastic reception when they presented the wide-ranging applicability of EP’s Immutable Proof as a Service (IPaaS) solution – from data compliance, to supply chain issues like provenance and anti-counterfeiting, through to producing evidence for legal claims.
They particularly focused on how the Evident Proof platform can solve data provenance problems in the world of art, healthcare, manufacturing and social issues, such as identity of displaced children in developing.
We are looking forward to hearing the final results which will be announced at a prize giving ceremony, to be held at the Battersea Park Events Arena in London on Wednesday 14 November 2018. Where we will be in good company with other finalists such as Allianz Insurance, BP, HMRC, QBE, Lloyds Banking Group and IBM just to name a few.
Wish us luck!
Next up for the EP team is Coindesk’s Consensus 2018 event on September 19 and 20 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
