“Once you’ve got a goal in your mind, then go all out to reach it. Only by doing so can you achieve success.” I told this to my employees repeatedly before. Our goal is to build a brand-new distributed financial business group.

Blockchain industry is now still in the early stage. Undoubtedly, there will be both excellent and fake projects. Quite a few public chains have decided to set foot in numerous fields. However, Fortuna wants to specialize in the financial sector.

Fortuna wants to create professional infrastructures in the financial field further. Furthermore, we want to make it more compatible either in choosing technology or tuning parameter. As for other public chains in finance, they want to improve the infrastructure marginally. At Fortuna, we want to dive deeper into the frontlines of business.

Fortuna wants to seek for partners to jointly build our ecosystem under the financial business scenario, especially the new distributed financial business one. To be more specific, we want to develop distributed banks by cooperating with someone who is rich in bank-related resources. We want to do mutual insurance with someone who is rich in insurance resources. We want to do family trust with someone who is rich in family trust resources. All these distributed financial apps, they share the same public chain for finance. In essence, they stand a chance to develop in a synergistic way. Once a person is in need of a particular financial service, he/she always tends to have other financial obligations. Having all these as its prerequisites, Fortuna wants to build a brand-new distributed financial business group.

1. Developed relevant pages for open beta events. Additionally, we’ll run a test and fix bugs.
2. We’ll officially start our internal analysis this week.

1. Unified the codes of our four market making strategies.
2. Worked with technical department to jointly debug the programmatic interface.
3. Finished writing some innovative pricing files of crypto derivatives.
4. Made researches about other quantitative trading teams.

Chinese Community Operation

1. Daily maintenance, the topic guidance of our Telegram group. Further recruitment and maintenance of loyal Fortuna supporters.
2. Implemented and optimized activities to activate the community.
3. Refined promotional plans for the FOTA platform.
4. Made a list of all the tasks that are needed to be fulfilled.

Overseas Community Operation

1. Daily maintenance, data analysis of official English, Korean and Russian channels.
2. Translated all the copywriting on our FOTA platform into English, Korean and Russian.
3. Came up with FOTA promotional plans for overseas users.

Content Operation

1. Published WeChat official account and Weibo articles. Daily news feed and maintenance of our self-established media channels.
2. Updated official promotion contents in Chinese, English, Russian, and Korean.
3. Optimized materials regarding FOTA copywriting and tutorial for new users.
4. Followed-up on Baidupedia entry of FOTA.
5. Made researches about strong emergency PR cases.
6. Made a new media operation plan.

Others

1. Fortuna was invited to attend 2018 Silicon Valley Mars Blockchain Summit and received much attention.
2. Made researches about our competitors from both home and abroad.
3. Confirmed operational plan for the FOTA platform.
4. Installed cooperative syncing software for the team.
5. Sorted out customer service files, standards, and regulations.
6. Contacted multiple activity organizers, projects, and market service providers.

Talent Hunting

1. Reviewed a total of 192 resumes this week. 24 candidates were given face-to-face interviews and 1 person was hired.
2. Daily register of the newly-recruited employees.
3. Further refined work attendance standards.
