MyCryptoHeroes is a blockchain game released by double jump.tokyo. It's originated in Japan.

The concept of MCH

In the traditional video games, the high rarity items that players obtain are not transferable to other games.

For example, players cannot transfer "MetlKing Shield"* in Dragon Warrior to other games, and cannot sell in real cash.
* The best and expensive extension in the game.
Of cource, the experience and adventure to get it is priceless.

In the blockchain games, the game companies sell the items with ownership.
The game is platform players play by using their own items.

You can enjoy new experiences in MCH that items you can gain in the game become assets with real value.
Next, I will explain what is the asset in MCH world.

NFT assets in MCH

There are 3 types of assets(NFT) you can get.

You need Hero and Extension for playing MCH. If you want to enjoy MCH more, Land broadens your play.

What is Hero?

Hero is a core asset in MCH. Hero means the great person in the world history. For example, Napoléon, Cleopatra, Nobunaga Oda and Liu Bei are heroes. You can trade, raise , and let heroes battle.

These heroes are NFT (unique items). The number of every hero is limited. The fewer # of a hero is, the more expensive (the stronger in many cases) it would be.

【How to get heroes】 There are two ways to get heroes

1. Buy at New Hero sale(in game)
   New Hero sale is held once or twice per month in the game.
2. Buy at market (in game or out of game)
   After new hero sale, the game company does not sell same heroes again. But you can get them from other players at markets. You can buy them by GUM in game market and by ETH out of game, for example “OpenSea”.

What is Extension?

Extensions in My Crypto Heroes correspond to equipment in a general game. All equipment such as blade, shield, armor and horse are called Extensions.

To be stronger, you need better Extensions as same as is in typical RPGs.

【How to get Extension】There are 2 ways to get extension

1. Get it through Quest
   As you play Quests(vs NPC), you will randomly get Extension. The More difficult the Quests are, the higher rarity of the Extension you can get.
2. Buy at market (in game or out of game)
   Extensions are traded at the market as same as Heroes are. Generally, Extensions which were issued by limited Quest node will not be distributed again. Some Extensions may be distributed at special events. To get an Extension that is already issued, you need to buy or exchange, with a hero or Extension you own, from other players.

What is Land Sector?

Compared to the above 2 assets, Land Sector has a special position in this game.
Firstly, it is not directly needed in order to play the game now It could be needed after updates in the future, however, the priority to be focused are to get heroes and extensions.

In MCH, there are 9 countries (Land). These Lands are totally managed by MCH players, and each Land has a different principle and tendency to play. Lands will be detailed in another article.

Each Land has its Color and Divine Beast (Cryptid)

1. Receive from the King in the Land
   As noted above, MCH players manage their own land. They are called Kings.
   
   Kings of 4 Countries within the nine countries which were first created (Ocean, Strawberry, Tangerine, Lime) when the land structure started purchased all 1000 sectors at 500 ETH (about half-million dollars).
   
   Depending on the Land policy, it may be possible to get the part of the Land sectors by asking directly to the King or cooperating their management in the Land. However, if a player owns over 10%, the player also has the right to manage the Land as co-King. So, Kings carefully consider the transaction.
2. Buy at market (in game or out of game)
   Land sector is traded at the market as well as the other NFTs. Most cases are traded secondly at the market for the reason of 1.
