According to the Blockchain Foundry team, users who are downloading the Windows version of Syscoin 3.0.4.1 between June 9, 2018 (22:14 UTC) and June 13, 2018 (22:23 UTC) are at risk. It is stated that malware affects both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
