I have been wondering why blockchains are taking forever to reach a certain critical mass in any notable real world usecase.
- Crypto is barely used as currency
- Block chains based on tokenized usecases have hardly made a splash in the mainstream
- Crypto currency market cap has fallen considerably over the years
What is taking so long? Is it because of tecnical and operational limits - or just the lack of demand?
And what would be the right catalyst to generate interest / enthusiasm on blockchain based services?
Just thinking out aloud!
