The world is advancing at a very fast rate and the competition in the business field in so keen that no employer wants to hire any seemingly competent person but rather someone who does not only prove himself worthy on the paper but works marvelously on the field. The world has quite advanced and the average person has to work for at least 6 hours a day just to make ends meet.

This economic struggles and difficulty which the world is facing right now sometimes make people cut corners when applying for a job interview. In as much as it is human to sympathize with someone who needs a job in order to make a living, the ethics of the job and its professionality can also not be compromised because customers have to be served with 100% efficiency.

CHALLENGES FACING ATTESTATION OF EMPLOYEES

First of all, the current attestation systems are that of the manual systems where the employer or the employee has to seek for confirmation of what ever value the employee claims to have. This requires a whole lot of background searches into the past of the individual and this consumes a lot of time in order to prove all those details. In another situation also, the organization of which the employee claims to have required a skill or accreditation might have even close down or has lost its history of information and so they cannot prove the authenticity of the information being presented.

Secondly the manual way of attestation is very expensive in the sense that it requires a whole lot of resources like moving from one institution to another just to seek confirmation. Sometimes you can visit a particular place for several days just seeking for approval. This is a huge toil on both employers and employees as it requires the use of a whole lot of resources.

THE PROPOSED SOLUTION BY SPRINGROLE

The blockchain technology is being adopted by several organizations due to its transparency and how secured the system is. Springrole would establish a platform on which the resume of workers are going to be analysed for its authenticity and when it is certified beyond all doubts it is documented on the blockchain ledger system where it is kept safe and secured, Blockchain is being used so that no third-party system can alter the contents of the resume of any person. This would also ensure that all data regarding a person’s resume can always be retrieved at any point in time and from everywhere.

Certain qualities of a resume requires an approval from an individual whom might have supervised the employee in order to prove of his skiils and efficiency. Moving all over places just to get this done can be quite exhausting and can also run futile when you move from one place to another and cannot locate the person. I am not a lover of doom but what if the person is dead then that means we might have compromise in one way or another. The solution that Springrole proposes is the use of the response of a crowd who are also professionals in that field to assess his performance. They would do this by having the particular individual perform whiles they assess his performance and rate him/her.

The Attestation Protocol which consists of several infrastructural departments of Springrole platform would function to help speed the attestation process and also make sure that all details are approved and they can be trusted. To do this, the Attestation protocol has several components which would function independently to make sure that resumes come out as clean as it can be. Examples of the component are attestor, verification process unit, organizational department.

But how would they be able to keep all this mass information to prevent others from tampering with it?

This system if really put in place would help employers to be able to recruit the best of personnel in their company
