1) Effect Requesters can register their tasks on the Effect Mechanical Turk to be completed by Workers.

2) The Effect.AI Smart Market is a decentralized marketplace where AI algorithms can exchange their services.

3) The actual computation will be distributed so that the algorithms run globally without a single point of failure.

Main Positives

The scope of effect.ai is very large. Mechanical turks is just the beginning, and thereafter development is planned to continue at the same pace since the roadmap has a long road ahead. With three main phases to their project, this will surely have plenty of release along the year(s) and should keep the project relevant. This has potential to become a well established company a few years down the road from now.

The token terms for this ICO are very favourable. The ICO has relatively low cap of almost €15M. and a low circulating supply. These terms should bring decent short-term returns, as well as long-term returns but only if the team delivers.

Main Negatives

As of now they do not have an MVP. Projects without an MVP are always risky, however a concept is planned to be released in Q2, 2018.

There is no team member that stands out and has an extensive reputation and networking power. This is a great asset for an ICO, because a well connected individual can secure partnerships, and get past entry barriers in different countries. Furthermore, judging by the showcased team's experience, they do not have enough AI / Blockchain experience. With all that said, the team as a whole is solid and have plenty of developing experience.

Chris R. Dawe (CEO) - Seems to be a seasoned entrepreneur since he founded Choice Energy; an energy consultation firm. Choice Energy has more than 2000 employees, hence it can be categorized as a mid-sized firm. 

Charlie Shrem (Advisor) - He is known as an authority when it comes to blockchain tech. By leveraging his experience and connections in the industry, Charlie will help launch The Effect Network as a leading platform for artificial intelligence.
