Having a personal podcast can sometimes be a challenge, especially in this time and era. Currently, study shows that digital media platforms are posing huge competition for the radio and podcast industry. Being a podcaster, I can conquer with this statement as I have gotten to experience numerous challenges on a personal level since I started my podcast.

The biggest deal on podcasting Is being baled to reach out a large audience as much as you can. This is usually a challenge currently considering majority of the people opt to go to digital platforms for information and entertainment content. I am not that experienced in podcasting, but I have come to realize that this is a challenge facing both newbies and experienced podcasters.

This basically means making money from my content. I must admit, starting out on podcasting has been challenging in terms of making money from the content I broadcast. Most of the time, I have to go back to my pocket to cover for some of the expenses, which is financially frustrating.
Timely payments.
The main source of income on my podcast would be from advertising. After advertising, however, it is always a hassle getting my payment on time. Delays in payment end up in me putting most of my activities on hold since running a podcast definitely requires money.

These are small amounts of money that I earn from my listeners in the form of subscription fees or download fees, among others. Sometimes these micropayments tend to create issues such as bad user experience or low revenue per user.
