Think about it this way: AI needs physical computers to exist, and as humans mine crypto thereby building the blockchain, they continuously expand the world wide AI brain! Good point! I think AI is much more than we know right now. Terminator was produced many years ago, many people didn't heard about blockchain at that moment. Indeed we are living in interesting times, blockchain and technology era.

True AI doesn't exist yet, what people are calling AI are really expert systems. These systems are a database that a programmed with if this then this logic. Also, they dont have the ability to change their existing code. We have the ability to take in new knowledge, change our minds and behavior. Computers and software cant do this yet and they can only do what we program them to do.
