Greetings Fellow Forward Thinker-
Like many of you, I feel there are systemic flaws in our current systems...including our Democratic Voting Process...so I decided to be a part of the Michigan Recount for the presidential election to observe this process in person. The amount of discrepency and inaccurate results reported were staggering. I believe blockchain technology would resolve and streamline this civil duty to where we have faith in the process again!
In broad strokes, can you describe how you could convince a largely distrustful, and cyber-illiterate society how this is safer/better than the handful of voting mechanisms we have in place now? This seems like it would be the biggest hurdle to overcome.

When we switched from film to digital...we would use two cameras...one analog and one digital...Overtime, producers and directors saw the major benefits of the digital format. We would use the same principal in voting...for the next several elections use a written and digital ballot at select polling places throughout the country to demonstrate the accuracy and effiecency of a blockchain voting process. It may take sometime to build the trust as it did in Hollywood...but now there are few and far between productions using original camera negative.
