I found this very interesting. I knew there would be competitors but not so soon. I am just learning Steemit now, so I think I will pass for now.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    SteemIt is more than a handful, indeed. And in spite of all its flaws, I truely love the community here. So - for now - there’s no way in the world that I would start focusing on one of the other two.
    Maybe an occasional repost of a SteemIt article, or a photo post every once in a while... :0)
