Who The Hell Do You Think You Are Morgan Stanley

Here we go again. Another bloated financial behemoth has decided that the only way cryptocurrencies can survive is through regulation.
Am I surprised?
Nope!

But why has it taken this long for them to come to the conclusion?

Bitcoin has been around since 2009. They showed no interest in it back then (very few did). But now that it's clearly not going to die out, and the financial institutions and banks of the world are taking notice and dipping their toes into Blockchain development, they've decided that regulation is the way forward.
Of course it is.

When something has the tools to take away the power they have, and they've realised they're a bit late into the market to make the best killing. The next best thing to do is to try to control it.

The truth is they're scared. So would I be if I was them.
Financial gurus are turning to the crypto world in their droves. They can see where this is going, and it truly is a race to be here first.

Well guess what Morgan Stanley et al. We don't need your help. We've been self regulating just fine without you for the last eight years, and I'm pretty sure we can manage without your "help" for the next 50!

We need to keep them at arms length for as long as possible. I understand that eventually, through fair means or foul, they will get control of it and ruin it for the average human. But let's just fight against it with all that we are, with all that we have.
Make them really work for it.
