The IBM miniature computer linked to the blockchain can have a huge impact, but we need to get the attention of the innovation leadership at IBM. For example, if hooked to a seismic sensor, it can determine and post a record of tunneling activity on our border; and if hooked to a camera, it can post to the blockchain images of folks around national security entrances like the Pentagon or even along the border. I contacted IBM about leveraging the blockchain back in 2014, but they only had two staff assigned as far as I could tell and no one ever responded.
Note my data supply chain patents for ways to think about triggered posts and notification and server action chains.
