Team Breakdown

cryptographer bizshake team.JPG
(From the Bizshake website: https://bizshake.io/)

CEO & founder: Giuseppe Lopresti

Holding an MBA & a Bsc in computer science already make Giuseppe impressive by most standards however when we add this to his depth of experience (over 20 years in multinational companies within the EU) we see a truly credible leader. He is an Entrepreneur at heart and committed to driving he new company to success.

CMO & co-founder: Yuting (valentina) gu

With an Msc in economics and management and a background in marketing, communications & PR it is difficult to imagine someone better suited to the role of CMO. Marketing is of course a key area during the ICO and platform launch process, so it is reassuring that this area will be well resourced.

Blockchain evangelist: Giuseppe M Lopresti:

A massive proponent of all things blockchain and a computer scientist at heart, he studied computer engineering to PHD level, he is committed to being on the bleeding edge of all new innovations and is a great problem solver.

Cloud solution architect: Nicola Bitetti

With a wealth of technical experience and expertise (over 15yrs) working with IT services and a boundless enthusiasm for new technologies Nicola should be well suited to his new role. He has experience with ITIL, agile project management & enterprise architecture.

Head of design: Allesandro Rudellat

A designer and creator in the truest sense of the word, his passion for his craft is not limited by industry. He has experience in everything from graphic design to architecture & interior design plus he loves fine art & food too!

Copywriter: Brian Kleiber

Within the field of digital marketing Brian has a great deal of skills and experience on everything from SEO and visibility to copywriting & inbound marketing to ensure clients can find Bizshake and are confident that Bizshake have the solution they need

Community specialist: Dave dormans.

Passionate about all things blockchain Dave will serve as community liaison ensuring that the Bizshake message is being received & that any doubts or queries are being addressed.

Critical skills audit

As you can see the team at Bizshake has a depth of experience in a variety that will certainly be useful when launching Bizshake. Below is a breakdown of their key skills and the cryptographers scores for each section:

cryptographer bozshake team analysis.JPG

As you can see from the chart we have given 8/10 for leadership due to the wealth of personal experience provided by the CEO, ideally, we would have liked to have seen a deputy or someone to provide a supportive voice through difficult decisions.

In terms of technical skills, we have awarded the team 10/10 this is because there are plenty of team members with heaps of experience along side the Bsc to prove they have the specific knowledge needed to fulfil their role.

PR and marketing is a mind/strong area with 7/10, we awarded this score because the CMO is obviously a very experienced, qualified professional however it appears she has little support within the broader team and marketing is a key area in ensuring funding caps are reached to get the project up & running.

Community relations is the area in which I feel the team has the most room to grow, while they have assigned a team member to this area it is unclear weather he has any supporting experience or qualifications. Further the community is a key aspect of any decentralized application and should be treated with the upmost seriousness, we feel that it is being somewhat neglected here.

The-Cryptographers verdict

Overall the team looks strong, competent and appears to have all its bases covered, they also have a group of outside advisors they can call on for support which is an encouraging sign as it is likely they will encounter issues outside of their skillset at some stage. The Bizshake team gets our vote, however we d advise they look more seriously at community relations if they want to encourage the long term success of their enterprise.

Great review, skills audit chart was a nice touch!

Thanks man wanted to add a little something extra!

really like your balanced approach TC, its important to be critical in this space- especially now. I hope all of the solid projects pull through this bear.

I love p2p sharing networks but there's just so many now!

There will be competition no doubt, but remember they all have their own way of functioning, different target markets and everything- they're not literally all trying to occupy the same space necessarily.

Do you see us recovering from this crash crytographer? How many more tokens can keep being released? I don't know where's the line.

I hope so my friend. I think there are a lot of projects which might not be based on much actual fundamental value- but I have faith all the solid projects will be fine. Keep faith man!

I don't think neo has seen its day yet, its still a sleeping monster imo. When it starts to get its own ico market I think we will see something impressive.
