When getting down to the development process, the creators analyzed and highlighted the current problems of cryptoinstruments, which users have to face:

Poor customer service

One of the main problems is user support. Most problems with withdrawals and deposits are resolved over several days or even weeks.

Every day up to one hundred thousand users are registered on cryptoexchanges and most cryptoinstruments do not cope with system scalability. In December last year, large exchanges Bittrex and Bitfinex had to suspend the registration of new users, as this led to malfunctions.
