Moonify showcase: Transforming the internet with shared CPU power
As the creators of the Mooniz platform aiming to provide an alternative to traditional advertising and archaic monetization methods, we’ve set out to create an inventory of examples in which users’ spare CPU power can be monetized.
Many different sectors can easily implement these solutions offering new and alternative payment methods to their users.
We invite you to take a seat by our digital catwalk as we unveil our Showcase:
Loot.Game
Our first showcase, Loot.Game offers game developers and other online services a new way for their users to get games, in-game items, skins and card packs.
Users contribute with their idle CPU power, earning Mooniz tokens which can then be exchanged for assets in the catalogue.
Video Streaming
Streaming services can integrate Moonify’s solution providing users with the option to access video in exchange for spare CPU cycles. Content is unlocked when a user’s balance is sufficient:
Adblocking
Many sites now have the ability to detect if a user has an ad blocker installed. Now publishers or content creators integrate Moonify giving users the option to access content in different ways — deactivating ad blocking software (an advert free experience), or exchanging spare CPU cycles whilst continuing to block ads.
Crowdfunding Video Games
Games developers can get funding for their games by integrating Moonify. Software houses now have the ability to bypass traditional crowdfunding website.
This <a href="https://moonify.io/showcase/game"alternative allows gamers to support their favourite companies by passively sharing some of their processing power.
E-commerce
E-commerce and online stores provide a unique way to offer vouchers to their customers with the click of a button.
Browsing customers share some of their idle processing power and get discounts on their purchases.
Crowdfunding platforms
Publishers or content creators can integrate Moonify’s solution offering all users an alternative to traditional donations through the sharing of processing power.
Charity sites can also implement this solution to acquire new donors!
