What does it mean “ Staking”?
🔸️ Staking refers to the process of holding and depositing cryptocurrency holdings in a designated wallet, commonly known as a staking wallet, to support the operations of a blockchain network.
🔸️ This process involves participants, known as stakers, locking up a certain amount of their cryptocurrency holdings to enable them to actively participate in network validation and consensus mechanisms.
🔸️ By staking their tokens, participants contribute to the security and operation of the blockchain network. In return, they receive rewards in the form of additional tokens for their participation and commitment.
🔸️ Staking often requires participants to keep their staked tokens locked up for a specific period, during which they cannot be traded or transferred.

To enter staking, you must purchase at least 1 ticket (ticket price and rewards vary by pool)
OCTA staking rewards in the form of $OCTA and $PAC* coins are paid out every Tuesday.
Total $OCTA payouts vary based on the number of coins staked, blocks caught in a given period, and the current $OCTA era.
An unfilled pool does not participate in the distribution of awards (the pool is considered unfilled if the column “Available tickets in pool” has a value higher than 0)
Refunds of $OCTA coins from staking are made by listing your tickets for sale.
If for any reason the $OCTA developers stop their coin staking service, all outstanding coins will go to the $PAC staking pool.
