I think this is an incredible value proposition special for the food industry. Nowadays people doesn't trust 100% "organic or bio" products from the supermarket, since many of them may not be organic as they should. Having the possibility to proof that the e.g. milk/eggs actually comes from the farmer of your region, that would be a real incentive to feel secure and support local producers instead of having doubts of the organic marketing. Love this project! would be great to see some new cases in the blogs.
