【CoinDesk】Gibraltar to Integrate Blockchain Into Government Systems

The Government of Gibraltar has announced a project to integrate blockchain into its government systems in order to improve public services.

The pilot project began with the support of Latin American crypto exchange Bitso and blockchain developer IOBVlabs.

Over the years, Gibraltar has established itself as a cryptocurrency-friendly country.

For example, the eToro platform already got a license to conduct cryptocurrency business here.

Recently, Huobi Global, a Chinese cryptocurrency exchange, also moved its services to Gibraltar after being banned in its home country.
