1.Marshall Islands To Launch ICO and National Crypto

The Marshall Islands, probably looking at Venezuela, Iran and Turkey, recently announced an Initial Coin Offering for their national cryptocurrency. Proclaimed coin will be called ‘the sovereign’ and will circulate along with USD as a national currency. Open for citizens and global investors. Not sure yet, who they classify as global investors. Professional investors or anyone. Let’s keep an eye.

2.Porsche Adopts Blockchain

Following Volkswagen, Porsche decided to test modern blockchain technologies with a company called XAIN. XAIN is already working with Volkswagen, DHL and NVIDIA. Main goal it to help Porsche improve it’s autonomous driving functions, as well as implement latest IoT technologies. Who’s next? Lambo maybe?

3.Zclassic Hard Fork To Bitcoin Private

Topic of hard forking is always double sided. On one hand, improvements, which usually are the main points in fork’s creator’s arguments, indeed take place. On the other hand, if the proposed coin is useless, this just looks like somebody is getting richer out of air. But the situation with Zclassic is even more crazy than usual. Bittrex accounts for 93% of all Zclassic trading, does not support fork. Not to mention the price dump that Zclassic took over the last week. Mysterious as hell.

4.Japan Enforces ICO Regulations

After cryptocurrencies regulations were implemented in Japan, local government realised that cryptos alone will not be enough. This time new regulations focus solely on ICOs, as a result of many recent scams. They will start by closely monitoring all ICOs that are targeted at Japanese investors as well as global suspicious ICOs. It looks very democratic not to ban ICO straight away (although how would they do it) but just keep an eye for at the start.

5.Russian Court Rules To Unblock 40 Bitcoin-Related Websites

Back in 2017, under old cryptocurrency legislations, where digital assets were directly blamed for money laundry, and drug trafficking, 40 websites, related to bitcoin were blocked on Russian territory. On Tuesday, after appeal review, the decision was annulled. So, what made them change their mind?
