While the steam engine and then oil powered the previous centuries and created the biggest mega industries, times are rapidly changing and now data is considered to be the new oil. The internet to date remains among the most powerful manmade innovations and has some power over almost every aspect of our lives. The internet is the root at the bottom of all the present mega industries like e-commerce, however, these industries don’t run completely without the aid of others. Over the past decade and a half, cloud storage has become ubiquitous with the delivery of IT related services.

All solutions be it apps created by individual developers to the rampant social media phenomenon rely on the cloud to keep their services running at a huge scale. However, the cloud industry is currently facing enormous challenges that it never had to deal with before. Cloud storage today has become ever exorbitantly expensive, due to the lack of competition as the industry is overall dominated by 3 major companies which are Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. Being a crucial infrastructural need for all IT solutions, affordability is critical for innovation to continue to fester. Other critical problems facing the cloud storage industry include the inherent vulnerability of the centralized cloud storage facilities which put the personal data of users to huge risks of being hacked or wiped from some catastrophic events. The cloud is ever becoming choked up and with the dawn of IoT, the industry is in desperate need for new capacity to capably handle the needs of the world.

THE UNIVERSAL LABS FUTURE

Universal Labs is a blockchain based startup that seeks to take on the growing problems of the cloud storage industry with the aim of applying cutting-edge never before seen solutions that will literally redefine the whole idea behind the industry. Universal Labs is a platform that seeks to usher in the first fully0-functional cloud storage platform that will not only crash the price of accessing these services for consumers but also make it airtight as far as security is concerned and completely accountable. Universal Labs hopes to become the future of all cloud storage by bringing online a completely new batch of storage capacity, one that is not encumbered by the problems associated with centralized cloud storage facilities.

The UBBEY Wonderstruck

The core solution provision at the heart of the Universal Labs crusade is the revolutionary UBBEY box, which is set to eliminate all the problems and unlock new avenues of opportunity for users around the world. The UBBEY box is a highly versatile piece of tech which has multiple functions. It is an all-powerful gadget that doesn’t only help users create their own full-node cloud storage facility, one that never suffers downtime due to decentralization, it also acts as a mining equipment that earns its owners revenue without them lifting a finger to do a thing. The UBBEY box is a completely new ballpark as it gives decentralized cloud storage a form that is finally realistic away from the unrealizable promises of other platforms. A user on the Universal Labs platform can store their data on the highly encrypted, blockchain-based UBBEY box and then have unfettered access to their data wherever they might be without actually having it with them. And to forestall any mishaps at a time when the user misplaces or loses their box, Universal Labs ensures that they are still able to access all their files from the decentralized backup that is spread across its network. Users needing cloud storage can now pay only what they use using the native Universal Labs Tokens, and those with extra storage are able to sell it and make some revenue rather than have it go to waste like in the present industry.

This project will redefine cloud storage by improving security and trust. Since its decentralized, users have nothing to worry about. Looking forward to this one.

Nice article by the way. It was a big eye opener; showed me the importance and benefits of decentralized cloud storage.

There is no doubt that Ulabs will redefine cloud storage. The benefits to its users are limitless.

Universal labs is truly the future of cloud storage services. 100% data security and privacy coupled with no downtime and ability to earn on unused data storage space is quite astonishing to say the least. This is a project with massive potentials. Nice write up

I couldn't agree more with the fact that this project has massive potentials.

Wao i can see universal lab is making data storage more secure, convenient and as well rewarding, nice writeup

Thank You

Great project with some many unique features. I need to learn more about the Ubbey box

Yes... The box should be the most interesting aspect of the project. The reward it offers to its users is what will bring it to full limelight.

For users to earn reward with Ubbey Box is a plus feature... Thanks for the write up

Yea, Plus feature indeed. First of its kind

The Ubbey box is a wonderful innovative in the cloud storage industry with maximum security loving this

Blockchain utilization gave it decentralization and this will be the missing ingredient for unsecure cloud storage services.

This is a fantastic and an interesting project . This is a well written article and i would research more into the whitepaper to know more about the project. I am definitely investing into this project

An exceprional project in the making with a working product already. Check out the website and the whitepaper to know more.

Perfect solution to cloud storage challenges

You got it right bro... Solution on a platter of gold.
