In the future it’s quite likely that the companies that refuse to introduce Blockchain to their operations will be a minority and suffer from competitive disadvantages.

Tokenization of Real Estate

As an advocate of #Blockchain Technology and its application across all industries, I am constantly scanning my news feeds looking for the latest news articles relating to new applications to share.

Having spent many years in Construction, Engineering and Real Estate I am always excited to see #Blockchain Technology and the Tokenization of Property and Land being applied to The Market.

Earlier today I came across this great article that I thought I would share with you.

The future of Tokenized Real Estate

As the Global Financial System continues to collapse under the strain of decades of: lies, deceit, manipulation and fraud it will be #Blockchain and the Distributed Ledger Technology of the future that will repair the damage that has been caused.

We are heading into a future that will see Tokenized Real Estate become the norm.

Mortgages, Loans, Debt and Insurances on the #Blockchain

In the future, all Property, Land and Real Estate purchases will be recorded on the #Blockchain, along with all Mortgages, Loans, Debt and Insurances.

It is this transparent ledger that will secure the development of the Real Estate Industry, and without it, the future would be very bleak and simply unimaginable.

Thanks for reading.

Interesting. So it will be cheaper / possible to buy partial ownership of some Real Estate as investment via some blockchain based token. That sound like the REIT industry is going to get some disruption does it not?

"So it will be cheaper / possible to buy partial ownership of some Real Estate as investment via some blockchain based token?" Yes. In the future part-ownership will be a common thing. Take your home for instance. Part will be owned by a Bank(s), a part by an Investment(s) and a part by Yourself(s). Stephen

I agree with what you are saying Stephen but my concern is that we will end up with a Lynette Zang scenario in which you don't end up owning anything tangible but rather pieces of assets. Thoughts?

@stephenkendal,

Excellent Post. What I like about the blockchaine and what appeals to the citizens is that it is decentralized and transparent. In addition it can be audited and leaves a chain of backups. Without a doubt, it is the future and the solution to many problems of corruption.

"In addition it can be audited and leaves a chain of backups." Exactly. Thanks for the comment contribution. Stephen

Awesome article. I believe that the key to a thriving economy is going to be crypto. Crypto is and will continue to create more jobs, leading to a thriving economy.

"I believe that the key to a thriving economy is going to be crypto." Exactly. I expect to see the Cryptocurrency Market grow from $150 billion currently to over $50 trillion in the next few years, unlocking much needed liquidity to the Market. It is this unlocking of liquidity that will grow The Economy and put it on a sustainable footing. Stephen

Wow this is amazing. . . @stephenkendal

Thank you. Stephen

Good prent @imamalkimas

very much possible to happen in the near future where fiat money will lose its value.

"....where fiat money will lose its value." Nailed it. Fiat Currency is now a liability to own. Stephen

Just the title of this article is enough to pass the information.

I studied computer science in Nigeria and 100% of my lecturers don't even know the difference between bitcoin, blockchain and ponzi.

They mistake blockchain for bitcoin and ponzi

"They mistake blockchain for bitcoin and ponzi." Most people do. Why? Because they don't understand it. People simply disregard Blockchain/Bitcoin as a scam because they don't fully understand how it works. Great comment and thanks for the contribution. Stephen

Thanks.

That is why we need to spend time to teach people sometimes

very nice information very good shearing blockchain thanks my votes pelese halp me

We are all headed to decetralized governance and blockchain technology. It is transparent. I doubt if the government will going to adopt it.

"I doubt if the government will going to adopt it." Sadly I have to disagree. There is not one Government or Central Bank in the World big enough to stop Blockchain and Bitcoin, and they know this. Stephen

That's is why they trying harder to get it off the radar. Russia is.the latest FUD

Blockchains will be the future however that does not mean bitcoin is the future. The idea behind bitcoin however is what will survive unless bitcoin starts getting its act together.
