Steemit, A Social Media Platform Supported
Steemit is a blockchain-based social media platform where anyone can be rewarded by offering high-quality content and rating content that others have posted, or at least advertised. We've been watching Steem and Steemit's official Steemit user interface for some time, but about a month ago we started to understand how the project worked. This happened because one of our editors actually registered and started using the platform, so we released a quick guide on how to tap into Steem on Windows. However, this is only because we have decided to leave Steremit for a month with our editors and then write a platform based first-hand experience review based on his own experience. It is time since that month, and it is time for him to share his thoughts and experiences with you ... and here not only to write Steemit but also to write more!
Please note that our editors use personal accounts on the Steemit platform! This account is not an official Crypto Mining blog account nor does it become like this, but if you are already using this platform or want to try it out now, you may need to check @cryptos on steemit.com for some tips and hints Or maybe even some help ... just make sure you do it on Steemit, not here. We really like to support our authors and editors, and that's exactly what we are going to do now.
You can think of Steemit as a diverse ecosystem, though the main idea is to provide an alternative to popular social media platforms such as Reddit or Facebook. The general idea is that those who use the platform to provide high-quality content or who help by scoring high-quality content from other users will be rewarded. In addition, these rewards are also linked to the long-term part of the project, essentially to the long-term investment of the user (taking into account the shares of the company). This idea has great potential for the development of the platform, but the biggest problem is whether it can actually use and retain the status of other big names. Currently Steemit is really small, starting with only 75,000 users (in general, no active users), and daily active users currently around 5K, which is why it has so much in front of it Increase space.
First you need to register an account on the Steemit website. Registration currently requires you to have an account (with a positive review business) on Facebook or Reddit as a means to sign up for your registration (you can not be completely anonymous or you can). There is no other way to sign up, just use plain email address or use your phone with SMS verification or any other option. Not everyone has or uses either of these two platforms, and while many people do that, there's an idea that you might not want to reveal the sheer volume of personal data to try out the service. The first step in the move to complete the registration process, in one way or another, ensures that you keep the password secure and have a backup because it is something that can not be recovered if it is lost. Then, the real fun begins and a new learning process for many of you, even though you've probably used other social media sites before.
You start with a simple and clean interface, but you do not know where to find something and how it works. There is a large, detailed white paper that describes the details of most things, but this is backend, not the front end that Steemit provides to the blockchain. So, you start exploring and trying things like doing your first post, looking at already published content, giving some votes, or leaving comments on content that have led you to do so. Inevitably, because you do not know the rules or how it works, some ordinary users do not encrypt, do not read large, white papers that they do not know, and PDF does not tell you anything. Keep in mind that this is a social media platform that is supported by the blockchain and that using cryptocurrency tokens is still for the general public and not limited to a limited number of encrypted users (you are just a good starting point).
Inevitably, you'll start looking for tips and guidelines on how it works, and quite a few of these other people posted on Steemit may be ahead of time. As you learn how to use the platform properly, what to do and what not to do, you can even decide to share some of the knowledge you have learned. You'll learn about what the Steem logo is, what the Steem Dollars (SBD) are, and what Steem Power and VESTS stand for and how they work
