The first Blockchain mobile operator is about to go to ICO on the 27th of July at 12:00 GMT and they have allocated 10% to give away to Bitcoin and Ehtereum holders. FREE tokens, thank you very much.

This is a sneaky/clever marking manoeuvre that has you download and install there software to get the tokens. Still if you believe in the ICO and the technology you would want to do this anyway.
