MOAC is a 3.0 blockchain protocol that launched in the beginning of January, so it really has not seen much more than the bear market. MOAC wants to design a scalable and resilient blockchain that supports data access, transactions, and control flow in a layered structure. It will create the framework to allow individuals to execute smart contracts in an efficient way. Like other 3.0 projects, MOAC wants to fix issues that ethereum and bitcoin had in order to provide a blockchain that is ready to be used by the world. However MOAC has already had their Mainnet launch, meaning they are no longer an ERC-20 token and have developed their blockchain. This is an amazing point since a lot of projects have great visions and goals and that is good but they do not have a working product like MOAC.
MOAC is a China-based coin that wishes to improve the blockchain's overall efficiency through the usage of Cross Chain transactions along with the MicroChains (Sharding). Cross chains transactions are essentially the interconnecting of different blockchains in order to transfer valuable data more efficiently. This is a major problem that 2.0 blockchain's could not solve which is why 3.0 exists as they have realized that one blockchain is not enough for the world. All of the traditional transactions of MOAC coin will happen on the main chain or ‘the mother Chain’, and complex transactions referring to decentralized applications or smart contracts is directed towards the top layers. This makes it so the traffic on the main blockchain is reduced allowing for a more open and fast chain. I truly believe MOAC is an incredible project that has massive potential in 2018 due to it's great technology, team, and working product.
The Initial Coin Offering officially ended in June 2017, where the cryptocurrency managed to raise almost $7 million USD. Currently MOAC market capitalization is around 210 million USD and reached an all time high of around 1 billion USD. There are hundreds of Blockchain project in market like ADA,ICX,NEO and what not ? They might be better than Ethereum but they are nothing until they adopted by 'real person' & for 'real world' not for thier fancy white paper or Roadmap..

If you look at moc its trading volume is the lowest out of the top 100 no ones really using it. Right now just stay with bitcoin
