Blockchain and RFID chips could eliminate organized crime.

I was pondering : what would be the best way to use the blockchain to fight crime, and here is the concept I thought

RFID chips smoothly connecting to the IoT and reporting data about people you spend a relatively high amount of time with

Imagine how game breaking that would be : you could track if there is a group of suspects spending too much time together and track their activities by looking at the log kept on a blockchain. People would be afraid of doing illegal stuff in an organized fashion since it would be easy to catch them doing it if someone suspect is in their group.
However, I know this would be used by the governments (especially the U.S.A. ) to spy on people doing nothing wrong. But aren't those people already spied on?

What are your thoughts on it? What solutions do you think could help bring this idea to life without giving too much power to the government?

the tools that were once used just on criminals are now used on everyday people

why would any one want this?

it would be used on drug dealers and thieves for the first 5 years and then people would be urged to get it into their kids to be able to keep them safe, and eventually people will be told this is manditory to get a job or a new apartment because of safety regulations

no way in hell
