Airclipse is a state of the art platform allowing teams to plan, manage workflow and communicate more effectively with added social elements to make work fun and engaging. Teams and professionals can connect and view each other's’ skills, experience and achievements in a transparent and trustworthy manner.
The Airclipse project was created after we observed teams and how they operate day to day through vast market research, and also through experiences of our own working in similar environments. We quickly noticed that although there are solutions for internal communication and workflow management available, the user experience was clunky and disorganized. It was clear that time and money was being wasted when it came to executing certain tasks. Based on this discovery, we decided to develop a streamlined platform, lean and easy to use that provides both an internal communication channel as well as a workflow management tool in one place.
Our research has shown clear appreciation and demand for the product. Management from many of our target companies and early users have realized the value in the project as it increases efficiency, motivation and productivity with our unique and innovative features. The market potential lies with all office/team environments from any given industry.
The platform was designed to enable users to have a tailored solution to their specific day to day working needs. Airclipse allows users to easily integrate the applications and features they need for their work onto their platform, meaning what they have is what they need!
The prototype feedback gave us ample encouragement to continue to build on the project and introduce it to blockchain technology, in which we believe the future lies.
On top of the new and innovative features the Airclipse platform offers, we decided to develop a work-social feature to be introduced. Although there are established business networking platforms available, there is nothing that displays a user's day to day achievements and good work for all to see. With the advancements in blockchain technology, we aim to achieve just that. User profiles will display their professional experience and day to day achievements. Other users can tip and reward each other using our native ACL tokens to

Feedback from the work-social platform has shown a huge interest from several industries.
Recruitment being a perfect example of this, as they will know just how a potential recruit performs in their day to day working life, as opposed to a list of references which would still need to be validated during a recruitment process.
The transparency and immutability of blockchain technology will provide them with an accurate representation of any Airclipse user.
