Modular Housing made in Germany by REtreat

Diving deeper in the development of modular housing concepts now, we had the opportunity to meetup with a German Start-Up delivering answers to how future living could look alike.

On the eighth and ninth of June we met with Jean-Pierre from www.habitat-wechselbruecken.de in Kiel, Germany to have a look at his tiny houses build up on modular systems making it easy to transport them on trucks: small in the outside, but being a comfortable studio apartment in the inside. Developed to meet the high demand of living spaces for refugees that came to Germany since 2015 and now available to the public and disrupting the traditional Real-Estate industry, you can build them up in a few hours wherever you like to live.

A few different concepts are developed already, named REtiny, REtreat, REspace or his concept study REvertical which would be most interesting for our own communities. In REvertical you actually stack a few Respace/REtreats into a shelf to make them a multi-family housing made out of single tiny houses.

We had an awesome time with open-minded people in Kiel and made some worthy connections to the Future housing community in Germany. Let us connect them all with our Crypto and Blockchain Friends to form a completely new kind of society.

We think REspace comes with awesome concepts and hope cooperations between Tropitoken and the Habitat Wechselbruecken UG will take place in future, so that we are able to install REtreats and REverticals in our communities.

Stay tuned for more information regarding our own modular housing development.
