The institute of museum and library services has been selected as the adviser of this research.
Aiming at promoting library and museum services, IMLS is acting like an intermediary between governmental departments and cultural institutes to bring necessary aids.
In addition to IMLS, a group of researchers from Jose state university are conducting a survey to show the benefits of using blockchain technology to digital rights and information dissemination at public libraries.
Although it more seems like an academic project, implementing blockchain technology in libraries also require an atmosphere of collaboration which can be achieved through seminars.
filled with Library and information science experts and urban planning engineers, the final outcome of such seminars would an analytical report that addresses the main challenges of building a chain library.
Recently, a legislative bill was passed in Arizona state that recognizes smart contracts.
Therefore, studying in chain library and having its membership card is not impossible in near future.
