What difference between corporate governance and blockchains community governance?

The most essential of a blockchain may be a community. The essence of the community is the governance mechanism. So what are the similarities and differences between the community governance mechanism in blockchain and the corporate governance mechanism? The blockchain community is about a change in production relations. But what is the change? There are four changes.

The first is the right of equality. The community breaks down the class barriers in traditional corporate governance, thereby giving equal rights to producers, vested interests, and users.

The second is data validation. Enable everyone to take control of their own community-based data initiative. The data of he own data.

The third is the incentive mechanism. The equity incentive change is token incentive. The latter is broader than the former, and all employees hold tokens. The incentive mechanism is stronger.

The fourth is management. Traditional corporate governance is a top-down architecture; community governance is a bottom-up architecture.

What is the ultimate form of the community? Eliminate your own team members. Community members form a new team. Finally, producers, vested interests, and users can be summarized as: a trinity distributed economy.
