What is Satoshi•Pie
Satoshi•Pie is a blockchain traded fund managed by Satoshi•Fund. It was created on 9 of May 2016. Initial capital is $50k was provided by asset managers: 21hipster, cybermonetarist and creator. Satoshi•Pie grew in a month to $0.5M under management. The base price increased by 40% over the past month in US dollars and by 12% in bitcoins. Initially it was for friends only. But due to increasing demand we begin to slowly rolling out it to a broader public.

How to Invest in Satoshi•Pie?
1 Step: Register BitShares Account
You need to go to OpenLedger and register your account in BitShares blockchain.
- Choose your account name. That is analogue of your bank account number. You can transfer values using this account name in BitShares network.
- Please carefully write down your password. That password will be used to encrypt you private key from your account. It will work only on OpenLedger site and is not used to backup your funds.
2 Step: Backup your BrainKey
Go to special page of OpenLedger wallet and put in your password:
You will see 16 words phrase. Carefully write down this words and verify it after.
THIS 16 WORDS IS YOUR MONEY
Using this words you will be able to restore access to your funds using any software of BitShares network.
3 Step: Get your Bitcoin Address
Send your account name to [email protected]
This process is still manual. So I'll do my best to send you address back as soon as possible. You can safely use it to deposit bitcoins from any wallet or exchange you want.
4 Step: Send bitcoins to Satoshi•Pie
Send your bitcoins to address you received in email until 12.00 GMT
5 Step: Check You Receive SPIES
Until 13.00 GMT you should receive SPIES tokens in your wallet. You can trade or redeem this tokens any time you want.
How to redeem?
Send your SPIES tokens to satoshi-pie-redeem account with your bitcoin address in memo until 12.00 GMT.
You will receive bitcoins until 13.00 GMT.

Actually you can. But it will be a bit more expensive as you need to use OPEN.BTC and much more complicated for average user. Do you still interested?

It seems to me, that since we are here on Steemit anyway, it might be interesting just to live Bitcoin aside. Steemit users could just transfer Steem or SBD to funds account on Steemit and receive Spies in return. And redeem the other way around. How about that?
