Subject: How to break organisational silo
Hi Paul
You told me to contact you if I ever noticed employees were becoming Silo'd. Well, that day is here.
I walked through the sales room this morning to see that all sales people are indeed stuck in a literal silo. I couldn't take a photograph as I was too shocked to remember where my smartphone was. But I did manage to memorise the serial number, which I have since looked up on Amazon, and I can confirm that the following picture is the same make and model:
I do not dare look in the silo. But I know they're in there - I heard Phylis close what I can only remember being described as a 'sick ass deal'.
I cannot allow this, Paul. You told me that silos can tear down your brand from the inside out!
You said you had a book somewhere I could buy, about breaking down organisational silos. I could really use it about now, Paul!
Failing that could you send a bulldozer?
Many thanks

Dear Andy
I know you find my post interesting, but for the last time, we cannot be friends.
My mail is private and I hate it when you open my letters.
This is your last warning before I take this up with HR.
