📰 Blockmason Weekly Update: 2018–06–12
Welcome to the Blockmason Weekly Update!
Hello, Blockmason community! We hope you’re ready for another jam-packed Weekly Update, filled with some exciting news. It’s been a busy month already here at Blockmason HQ! In this edition of the Weekly Update we’re delighted to announce a brand-new release of Lndr, share a sneak peek at our new Lndr product video, introduce you to two new hires that have joined the Blockmason team and much more.
Are you ready? Let’s get started!
Lndr version 1.1 is now live
We’re excited to announce that the next major release of Lndr has been submitted to the App Store and Play Store! Lndr v1.1 is a significant milestone in our development roadmap and brings multi-currency recording and settlement to Lndr.
As you know, Lndr is our peer-to-peer expense sharing app that uses the Credit Protocol and the Ethereum blockchain to create, manage and settle casual debts and IOUs between friends.
In v1.1, you can now record IOUs, loans or debts in more than 20 of the world’s most popular currencies, including AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, ILS, JPY, KRW, MYR, NOK, NZD, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD and VND. Further, you can settle these obligations across multiple currencies as you travel from one country to another.
Lndr v1.1 also provides support for ten new languages: Arabic, Czech, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Russian, Turkish, Thai and Vietnamese.
Our team will now shift its focus to the development of fiat currency settlement, which will arrive in the next major version of Lndr. Per our roadmap, it’s our goal to have this release live by the beginning of August.
Remember, if you’re interested in staying up-to-date with Lndr development you can always view the latest Lndr development updates on Github.
You can download Lndr for iOS on the App Store and Lndr for Android on the Google Play Store.
Sneak peek: Blockmason’s new Lndr product video
As you will recall from previous Weekly Updates or our Telegram community, our team is working on a brand-new website that is set to go live around the beginning of July. The site will have a number of new features, including product videos for the Credit Protocol, Lndr and more.
We’re excited to offer our community members a preview of some of the video marketing that will be showcased on the new website. This video explains Lndr, how peer-to-peer expense sharing works, key use cases and more.

About that new website…
We’re also excited to share that the design stage for our new website is complete and that we’ve moved into development. There isn’t much else to report at this point, so keep your eyes on our Telegram group as that is the first place we will share screenshots and updates.
