LTC doesn't congest because no one is using it. Just a test platform for BTC. That's why its called lite :P

    I use it :)
    It was added to two major exchanges last week.
    Yours.org has launched using LTC instead of BTC like the original plan.
    PPL are trying to get amazon to accept LTC and BTC
    Should be added to more exchanges in ASIA soon...
