I don't recall reading 34 SP per 1 STEEM. Is there a real 50% OFF? Would you mind explaining?

    This isn't a sale of Steem Power itself, this is a sale on the price of leasing Steem Power (a delegation works like a lease). It is a method of temporarily getting more Steem Power.
