After starting my day as I regularly do, by reading many posts and making what I think are meaningful comments, I had just finished replying to a post by @goldendawn, and was returning to the feed to see what else might interest me. That was when I ran into this contest. (blocktraders contest) I feel that with the diligent manner at which I have conducted my activity on Steemit, I am at the very least worthy of a look see.

Most times I enjoying commenting as much as posting. More often than not, if the comments I reply with include valuable info, I will get a response. That doesn't happen with the content that I have posted in the past.
Eight days ago I received a badge from the steemitboard for making 600 comments, with my new goal being 700.
Three days ago I received a badge from the steemitboard for receiving 3000 up-votes, next goal 4000.
If you were to take a look at my comments you would realize that many of my replies have as much effort invested as my posts.

This is an awesome comment. Thank you so much for taking the time. I am not sure about aliens but I would say I am 100% open to it as being fact. There is lots of evidence that’s for sure.

Three days ago I posted content that was involved with #foodfightfriday and almost fell off of my chair when I kicked up the computer the next morning. What a rush it was to get the feedback that this post was creating.

The whole time I was on cloud nine.
And guess what, it was even up-voted by curie and some other rather big fish.
I just checked the comments I made last week and they total 83 in a seven day period.
I know that through this entire post, I have been blowing my own horn.
I wouldn't have done so if I felt my work was not worthy of your time.

I also think when I am replying that the thought and time and content could probably justify a post on its own. It is the engagement and content you add in comments that make blogs into discussions. Good for everybody.
