When entering the rainy season in 2009, Japan was struck by a strange phenomenon of frog and tadpole rain. The presumed temporary meteorological agency of Japan is because these animals are sucked and bounced because of the whirlwind of a tornado. But other allegations are caused by being carried by black seagulls and storks and falling when flying.
