Painting the job from hell - workshop

in blog •  6 years ago

There is something so satisfying about putting the final coat of paint to a job that you hate, at least now it's nearly over. Working with fiberglass for the last 2 weeks has been a pain in the ass.,

Smelly sticky stuff.

It was to make planters for outside which needed to be waterproofed. I proved that I could do it but I'm never doing it again.

I have to be out of my studio in 10 days and getting these final jobs finished has been a big rush.
Now I have to find a new place for all my tools and a somewhere I can work.

I'm going to miss this place. It was great to have a studio just around the corner from where I live. And pretty much rent free.

Well now that you've proven you can do it you can knowledgeably complain about it ;D

Sucks about having to move out of the studio :< hope you're able to find another (possibly even better) one!

Yes, it is a real pain. I have so much to do in the next week it's crazy. I was told I would have 6 weeks notice. Now they give me 2. Being a maker without a studio will be hard.
