President of the United States Advised the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, to sue EU instead of Negotiate

Donald Trump, advised Theresa May, the UK's prime minister, to sue the European Union. Instead of negotiating the terms of Brexit, according to May confessed today in an interview for the public network BBC.
He said at the end of his meeting with the prime minister last Friday in Checkers that he had given "advice" regarding the UK's exit from the EU that May had found "brutal" too.
When asked by journalist Andrew Marr about what Trump had told him, May revealed that he told him to sue the EU.
However, she revealed that at the meeting he changed his mind and told her not to abandon the negotiations, that if he did, she would be "stuck."
