…of what to write about, in your blog posts? Let’s take your topic theme and consider how you can expand on it.
And of cause everyone wants to profit from what they do. So how will you make your topic trend?
First consider what you're good at:
What do you like doing most? You must have fun, while thinking up and writing blogs, to keep them coming over a long term.
Have you enough knowledge and experience in that niche… enough within you, to write about for years and years to come?
How popular is the topic?
How many other people are doing the same thing? Are there many facets to that subject? Can you specialize in a particular part of that topic? And how many other people are handling that section of the topic?
Can you do it differently? The way you specialize in that particular department is important. Are you able make it more exciting and interesting, than what is already out there on the internet?
According to your experience:
- How many adventures did you have, that you could insert into your blogs? Fun, funny or dramatic things you can talk about?
- According to your expertise, how many possible demos can you illustrate how to do it? What talents or skills do you have, that you can use to illustrate them?
- We all make mistakes. There’s plenty people out there, wanting to know how to avoid them too. Knowing the mistakes you’ve made, you more likely be able to help other people not make the same mistakes. With your insight, you can explain how they happen and how folks can overcame them.
What are you passionate about?
Passion is the ingredient that fires concepts to come into being!
If you love your topic, you are bound to put that passion into what you write. Your passion sparks enthusiasm in others.
What level are you dealing with?
According to the topic, who are you talking to? Beginners, intermediates or professionals?
- What standard of expertise do you have in that topic? Will it be good enough to display for the entire world to see?
- Could you handle and answer questions and comments with authority in that field? Not only that, can you add a sense of humour, to make things light-hearted, where necessary?
Additional sources:
Do you have additional material you can fall back on, to write about?
- Have you books or articles on this topic at home or at your office that you can refer to if necessary?
- How much interest do you have in your topic? How much and how often do you do research on your particular topic? Always keeping touch with the latest info and what’s happening out there keeps you up to date and well informed.
- Do you go out of your way to dream up the weirdest stuff? Don’t be shy, it adds a little bit of lark to your blogs.
Adding a little more to your blogs, a little spice, than what’s already out there, is what people are looking for. Something new and exciting that they can learn from, share with others and have a chuckle or two as well!

If you're thinking positively, I'm sure your blogs will be great.
Writer's block is like a man who wakes up in the morning and says, "This is going to be a bad day!" And guess what, it turns out to be a bad day.
I doodle with my brush before painting, and guess what, it isn't long before I have a painting.
Conclusion: If you do something, anything, one thought leads onto another, suddenly an idea comes.

Failures are just learning curves. When someone makes a mistakes, I say to myself, "Gosh, he's human too!" and that makes me feel good, because that lets me off the hook.

I don't think you can ever run out of ideas if you are following your passion.
But the problem people have on steemit is,
We expect too much and are disappointed..
You need to do it for yourself, do what you like and don't expect anything in return

The only reason they get disappointed, is because there wasn't anything for them... some topic they were looking for and hoping to find. So it's up us Steemit folks to make Steemit a fantastic place to be.

Yes..
If you can't see the beauty of it, you probably don't deserve to be here

It's hard to write when you ran out of ideas and I guess all of us have experienced that. Sometimes what I just do is sit, close my eyes, get some rest, listen to music and appreciate life.

I believe taking time out to relax, but if I don't work at something creative, at least twice a day, nothing gets done, besides housework!

How could our Heart's passion possibly not strike a chord within people? Our Heart is the place where we realize that all is One. So others will naturally feel the Love in the work.
Yet my point of view is nonetheless that a post that tremendously helps one single person has more value than one that reaches hundreds of people without any personal value to each!

Writing like you are talking directly with one person, makes people feel they are special.
The people who follow my blogs regularly become like friends to me. I really enjoy their input. They're great folks.

If you really, really, really have run out of ideas, it is probably because you have been too insular. I don’t mean that in the negative connotation of “unaccepting” but rather in the meaning of “isolated.”
Getting out and doing things, with people, will refresh your ideas. If you are staying in the same surroundings, and possibly with the same people, your imagination is not being stimulated. You are seeing things that are not changing, or that are changing very slowly. By going out and doing/seeing things and hearing/talking with other people, you can’t help but be stimulated, either positively or negatively.
Either way should help you get back on track to having some ideas.

I lived a long time (previously) in the country, during that time I missed seeing and talking with people. But that didn't stop me doing research, etc. And I've also had opportunities to travel and do painting in some really beautiful places.

Hi @artguru
The topic for blogs is a "sick" topic for many novice bloggers. People do not nail about what to write in their blog and they start creating SPAM. They are trying to create activity.
But in my opinion this should be something that you know how to do. Your blogs should consist of what you know. You must solve the problems of other users. Helping to solve the problem of others - you solve your problem (that is, find your theme - your vocation).
I liked your post. He will help many novice bloggers. I think that it needs to be shown to beginners on steemit.
Thank you

I am still quite knew and still wondering what to post at all. I am quite a bit afraid that whether my blog will be liked or not. Will i get the upvotes because i want to profit a bit if i am putting in efforts. So i am still gathering a bit of pieces that could help me dwell and also determine what people like. Moreover i have got a little bit of idea now.
However could you just give a simple personal piece of advice for me so that i can dwell in future.
