When on the road you sometimes can be put in situations that you just don't think will happen, Like the other night I was out and about and I saw a car turn over while going around a corner, luckily no one got hurt and the driver was able to phone for recovery, but these things happen.

Like most road users I watch the road, I like to make sure that I stay safe and others too, sometimes people can be so rude when they are driving and it is almost like they think that because they have a car they own the road.

I was going along a busy road to a delivery and I saw an old lady trying to cross the street I was going to fast to stop but on the way back the old dear was still at the side of the road trying to cross.

I decided to do something silly and use my car as a barricade to stop other cars so the old lass could cross, she gave me a little smile and slowly started to cross the road, I then jumped out of my car and went and aided the lady as she very slowly made her way to the other side.

She was saying thank you all the time as I helped her and then she said something that was very warming to hear,

I got back in my car as other road users pipped their horns at me like I was making them late, you know what crossed my mind, what would have happened if this old lass was to try and cross and she got knocked over?

She could be someones mum, gran or anti, someone loved and cared about and all the other road users seemed to not give a shit that she was trying to cross.

why can't you stop for two minutes and help another person? is it because you are in a rush to sit down for a cup of coffee, is your tea on the table and you are in a hurry to eat, what is this mad rush about as soon as work is finished that you have to get home with in minutes?

What is with this mad crazy driving? it is like watching a bunch of wild dogs jump on their pray when they are hungry. people are light jumping going a crazy speeds around roundabouts all for what, to get home a few minutes early. come on guys wake up, think about others.
